EPG Ads ("we," "us," "our") is a local SEO company based in Brandon, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through epgads.net and our advertising, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have written it in plain English on purpose.
Information you give us
When you request a free Google Audit, sign up for updates, or contact us through a form on this site or through an ad on Facebook or Instagram, we collect what you type into that form. Typically that is:

- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Answers to a small number of questions about your business, such as your industry and whether you currently rank in Google's top 3
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal or financial information through this website. Please do not send them to us.

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived here, and how long you stay.

- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising). This tells us which of our ads led to a form submission and lets us show ads to people who have visited this site. We have Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching enabled, which means that if you submit a form, information such as your email address and phone number is hashed in your browser before being sent to Meta. Meta uses it to match the conversion to an account. It is not sent to Meta in readable form.

- Netlify, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf, and except where the law requires it.
Advertising and how to opt out
We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. If you have visited this site, you may later see our ads. You can control this:

Email and text messages
Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out, and we honor those requests. You can also simply reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us and we will stop contacting you. If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about the request you submitted. Reply STOP to any text to end messages.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records, and client information for as long as we work together plus a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email us and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR. We apply the same approach to everyone regardless of location.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not collect sensitive financial data here and we limit access to what we do collect.
Children
This site is meant for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
